Home health care agency to occupy 4,600 SF in Trinity Professional Building

PEARLAND, Texas — Leadership from the City of Pearland and the Pearland Economic Development Corporation are pleased to announce Interim HealthCare’s selection of Pearland as the location for its Houston regional headquarters facility.

“We at Interim HealthCare look forward to becoming more immersed in the Pearland community, providing great health care for our patients, and creating local job opportunities,” stated Jacob McCoy, chief operating officer at Interim HealthCare. “We planted our roots in the Pearland area when our families moved here five years ago, and now having the opportunity to move our office here also is phenomenal. We look forward to working more with the local health facilities and physicians, participating in community events, and becoming the home health care provider of choice in the Pearland area.”

Founded in 1966, Interim HealthCare provides home health care including skilled nursing, (RN/LVN) physical & occupational therapy, nurses, therapists, aides and other health care personnel. This office will serve as the headquarters for the Houston regional franchise, which has been in operations for five years.

“It has been a long-established initiative of the City to develop a broad spectrum of life science and healthcare related organizations in our community, stated Pearland Mayor Tom Reid. “Interim HealthCare’s decision to invest in Pearland is a testament to our efforts and a great addition to our emerging cluster of companies that are improving medical care.”

PEDC began recruitment efforts on this project with Interim HealthCare earlier this year. The company will lease 4,600 square feet in the Trinity Professional Building at 1920 County Place Parkway. The office will be home to the company’s 44 employees from around the Houston region.

The Trinity Professional Building is a four-story, 70,000 square-foot office building located at 1920 Country Place Parkway. In addition to Interim HealthCare, current tenants also include Cobb Fendley & Associates, Amegy Bank, Lone Star Vein, Oncology Associates, Partners in Endocrinology and Airrosti.
