Pre-Development Meetings

Every Wednesday morning the City of Pearland has one-hour time slots available to meet with individuals or parties planning to develop property in the Pearland area. This meeting successfully speeds up the timeframe of projects by linking you (company officials, developers, property owners, engineers, architects, etc.) with the local officials responsible for all aspects of the permitting process. By having department representatives from the fire marshal, building inspections, EMS, utilities, public works, engineering, drainage district, and economic development you are able to have questions answered and gain a more thorough insight into the development process in our City.
