The newest energy service provider to choose Pearland is Brask Inc., Neela. Their 90,000 sq. ft. facility in the Pearland Industrial Park will produce custom fabricated heat transfer equipment. This location will facilitate Neela’s desire to service local petrochemical and chemical customers throughout the Houston region and beyond. Upon completion, the facility will have a welding, machining and assembly department, as well as a clean room for high-alloy welding. The company will begin operating in its new facility during the third quarter of 2011.
